Opal Management are looking for a customer service apprentice for their small but growing team. They are looking for someone who is reliable, has a positive attitude, eager to learn and has excellent telephone manners and communication skills.

A normal day would include:
Processing orders
Giving quotes to customers
Dealing with all requests

You will be an account manager who will be dealing with key customers and taking incoming and outgoing calls. Some of Opal’s clients can be very demanding so the successful candidate will need to be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to adapt to help the customer in the best possible way. You must also be able to work on your own initiative; however there will be a lot of involvement in other general administration and computer based systems and ongoing training will be provided.

Opal Management is a marketing company that offers online print and design services.
