Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
Daily duties will be:
Calling customers new and existing
Providing excellent customer service
Creating a brand name for the company
Hours of work Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm.
Requirements and prospects
Good communication skills
Good listening and speaking skills
Excellent understanding of the need for high quality customer service
GCSE’s, or equivalents, passes are preferred but not essential as Functional Skills in maths and English will be completed.
Full time job within the company.
Pay rise opportunity with promotions.
Things to consider
The Current National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.70 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The minimum wage rates are £4.20 for under 18’s, £5.90 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.38 for anyone aged 21 to 24 years old and £7.83 for 25 and over. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
