As a Customer Service apprentice, your daily duties will include:

Deal with telephone enquiries from customers
Deal with e-mail enquiries from customers
Deal with customer complaints.
Provide customer service to the best of your ability.
Deal with all enquiries in a timely manner, making sure deadlines are met.

Desired qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role, although 3 – 9 grade GCSE’s in Maths and English or equivalent would be a distinct advantage.

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Sorted will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.

If successful, you will complete an Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship programme delivered through Sorted’s dedicated training provider, Interserve Learning & Employment.
