Job overview / purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to work and train within a Customer Service role for a prestigious global company, where you will gain valuable training and work experience whilst achieving a nationally recognized qualification in Business supporting you to further your career in Customer Service.

Key responsibilities

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a prestigious global company on a range of activities to support the Customer Service departments within 3M.

Duties will include:

  • To support the Customer Service function to proactively improve contact with customers through appropriate means to satisfy their service requirements
  • To support the management of all customer orders in a timely and accurate manner using initiative, influence and problem-solving skills in order to ensure their delivery requirements are met
  • Independent, proactive communication to fulfil customer needs and to present 3M to our customers in a professional manner to ensure 3M is their preferred choice of supplier
  • The professional and timely handling of all complaints and adjustments including the initiation of route cause analysis and corrective action using 3M customer feedback and resolution database

Full training will be provided.

9am – 5pm,

5 days per week,

35 hours per week [average week, will be confirmed with the employer]

£12,943 per annum
