We have a number of employers seeking motivated individuals to join their team to begin a rewarding Junior Customer service career in client care industries.
If you have a flair for hair, good communication skills and enjoy helping people, we’d like to hear from you.
You will receive full training and support throughout the duration of your apprenticeship to gain basic practical experience within the workplace – PLUS 1 day per week at Shears Academy+, based in Catford, south east London for formal theory training, support and functional skills if required.
About the role: You will study the following units within the Level 2 NVQ
• Unit CU791 – Communicate using Customer Service Language
• Unit CU792 – Follow the Rules to Deliver Customer Service
• Unit CU796 – Give Customers a Positive Impression of Yourself
and your Organisation
• Unit CU806 – Deliver Reliable Customer Service
• Unit CU813 – Recognise and Deal With Customer Queries, Requests
• Unit CU827 – Develop Personal Performance Through Delivery
of Customer Service
and gain a Technical Certificate in Customer Service
Upon completion of your Apprenticeship, 9 out of 10 achievers are offered a full-time Junior Customer Service or client Care position. Alternatively you will be qualified to move to another employer or follow your own career path if you wish to specialise in a certain area of expertise such as Front of House/Receptionist in Gyms, Spas and other health & beauty related organisations, or hospitality & the travel industry.
Ambitious graduate apprentices could expect to earn a starting wage of £13,500, this could rise to £25,000 depending on how skilled you are and how much further training and experience you gain throughout your career; a Level 2 apprenticeship will open doors to opportunities to travel the world… the sky really IS the only limit!!
