At our premises we are running a fairly busy computer repair shop as well as a business to business IT firm called f8 Solutions. F8 has been in business for 14 years and is run by Will. Repair Bay came from the demand of home users on Will for help. We decided to separate the two and in August 2017 we moved to a bigger shop in our home town of Ferndown and have been very successful. We are a friendly family business.

Detailed Job Description

The candidate will be dealing with customers face to face and over the phone. A polite, kind manner is required. The candidate will be dealing with cash and card payments and logging all repairs. We would like the candidate to be interested in the IT business, ideally learning from the ground up, from the home user side to the more detailed side of the business element. As part of this we would like the candidate to be involved in the repairs as well. All processes of running a small limited company and retail outlet will be available for the candidate to learn from.

You also have the ability to earn bonuses on top of your salary.

The successful candidate must have achieved a D in maths and English at GCSE or equivalent.
