Intermediate Level Apprenticeship

As an Apprentice Negotiator with us, you’ll be at the heart of all of that. You’ll create seamless experiences that put our customer’s front and centre.

You’ll work in both sales and lettings, building up your knowledge and expertise in both areas helping you to deliver a brilliant customer experience all while working towards your Customer Service Practitioner level 2 apprenticeship.
Not only will you be supported by your line manager, you’ll also be allocated an experienced buddy, attend training with our Learning and Development team and have your own dedicated training officer from our training provider.
This is a 14 month fixed term apprenticeship and as you move through the programme you’ll be given more and more responsibilities. On successful completion of the programme you’ll move into a permanent role as a Negotiator.

Requirements and prospects
You’ll demonstrate excellent customer service and sales skills.
You should be a clear and professional communicator – as good at listening to others as you are at speaking with them.
Strong organisation, planning and problem-solving skills are a must and, like everyone here, you’ll need to be self-aware, a great team player and always looking to work in collaboration with your customers as well as your colleagues.
We’ll also want to see the kind of energy and drive it takes to deliver results, and a people first approach.
You’ll demonstrate sound judgement and your resilience means you see setbacks not as obstacles, but as opportunities.
GCSE maths and English at Grade C minimum is required (or equivalent)
A full, clean driving license is essential
On successful completion of the programme there will be a salary increase as well as commission which could take your earnings up to £22,000 OTE

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer, Countrywide. Countrywide will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning 20% will be incorporated as part of your working day.
If successful, you will complete a Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship programme delivered through Countrywide’s dedicated training provider, Interserve Learning & Employment.
