Kick start your career with a interesting and varied role working with Magna Mazda in Salisbury. While working alongside a dedicated and knowledgeable workforce and your training provided by Paragon Skills, you will be actively working towards your Level 3 Customer Service Qualification.

While completing this course, your day to day duties as a member of the After Sales Team, will include, but are not limited to:

Customer Liaison
Handling enquiries face to face, via the telephone and emails
Following up servicing paperwork and documents
Creating, Gathering and Printing Job Cards
Using computers and updating in-house computer systems
Identifying vehicle parts and distributing to customers
Stock control and management
Returns and Refunds
The working week is Monday to Friday and will consist of 40 hours per week.

GCSE or equivalent grades of C and above in both math and English are essential and some experience within customer service would be advantageous.

Future prospects
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship there will be potential for further training and development and could be the possibility to become a valued After Sales Team Member.

Things to consider
The Current National Minimum Wage (ANMW) rate for apprentices is £3.70 per hour. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. After the 1st April 2018 the minimum wage rates are £5.90 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.38 for anyone aged 21 to 24 years old and £7.83 for 25 and over.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
