As a Customer Service Practitioner apprentice at Whitegates, your daily duties will include:

Deal with customers enquiries, via email, face to face and over the telephone
Use customer service as a competitive tool
Deal with customers electronically
Make telephone calls both marketing and also to customers
Communicate using customer service language
Follow rules to deliver customer service
Maintain a positive and customer friendly attitude
Adapt your behaviour to give a good customer experience
Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation
Promote additional products and services
Go the extra mile for the customers

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Whitegates Estate Agent will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
If successful, you will complete an Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship  programme delivered through Whitegates Estate Agent’s dedicated training provider, Interserve Learning & Employment.
