Customer Service Support Apprentice
Role Description:
As a leading Office Supplies company specialising in the supply of Office Stationery, Office Furniture, Managed Print solutions, Archiving and Storage, we need to strengthen our Customer Service Team who currently deal with Sales Order Processing, Client Liaison, Quotation Preparation, Report Generation and General Enquiries.

An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a Customer Service professional to join a well-established Office Supplies company in the Arundel area.

Your duties will include;
•Answering incoming telephone calls
•Dealing with customer queries
•Placing customer orders
•Supporting our sales team with the generation and preparation of reports and customer facing reviews.
•The use of internal systems and procedures

As an Apprentice you will be included on a Business Administration Qualification, this will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor who will visit you on a regular basis, to deliver the training and coach the Apprentice and will be observing whilst you work.

Future prospects:
On going training & development potentially leading to a permanent position for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a Business Administration Qualification with an Award Winning Learning Provider.
Skills required:
Previous customer service experience is preferable but not essential. A knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be useful and we operate a bespoke Order Processing System for which full training would be given.
Personal qualities:
The applicant should be able to demonstrate that they are numerate and literate and have a good telephone manner, they will also be confident, personable, friendly and reliable.
Qualifications required:
English and Maths grade C and above desirable but not essential.
