Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
Do you love being organised? Then you could be a Customer Services Apprentice at Instinctive Technologies Ltd on a 12 month fixed term contract – with a very competitive salary too!
Your role will be based in Bromsgrove within our Customer Support team where you will be providing administrative support. You will receive ongoing support and development that will provide you with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career within Customer Support.
If you are a successful candidate for this vacancy, you will be expected to provide an efficient administration service.
Your duties could include:
Providing support to the wider Client Support Services team
Processing customer vacancy advertising requirements across digital media
Analyse candidate response rates and advertising campaign support
Liaise with job boards and manage new account setups
Photocopying and document preparation
Assist pre-sales support team
Customer Support Administration is a really varied area so this is just a sample of some of the things you will be doing.
We’re looking for a person with:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Motivation and a team player attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Your training will be provided by Learn Direct – one of the largest training organisations in the UK, who help train over 20,000 apprentices each year.
Requirements and prospects
You should be highly organised, good with IT – in particular web-based IT, excellent communication skills, good level of English and attention to detail.
You will be a bright, enthusiastic individual keen to learn and progress, looking for a great career starter. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, a team player, confident and can use their own initiative.
GCSE English and maths at grade A* – C or equivalent is essential
When you have successfully completed your Apprenticeship, you may be given the opportunity to continue in your role or progress onto an alternative support role within the company where you will receive full training and support.
