Job overview / purpose:

Jax First Aid are currently experiencing company growth and are looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their team.

Main role:

You will be reporting to the lead Digital Marketing team member, you will be supporting them with their online presence and supporting the website.

Typical responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Monitoring online social media channels
  • Maintaining company profiles on social media e.g. Facebook, Twitter
  • Updating the company website
  • Responding to customer enquires both online and offline
  • Writing case studies, testimonials and newsletters

Desired qualities, skills and knowledge:   

  • Good communication skills
  • A good understanding of Social Media platforms
  • Any knowledge creating web content
  • Passion for digital and social media 
  • Adaptable learner, enthusiastic focused and able to work in a team
  • Ability to speak to customers and team members
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Self-motivated

Desired qualification requirements: 

5 GCSE’s, grade A*-C.

Working week:

Monday to Friday,

9.00am – 5.00pm,

35hrs per week


£9,100 per annum.
