About Tourism Ireland:
This is a really exciting role as a Digital Planner working on an innovative and fun tourism client. As recent winners of Gold awards at Cannes, this client runs a whole host of paid content sedding with huge content partners across the globe.
This role will involve a combination of managing centralised digital campaigns across partnerships, social, programmatic and search. The individual will also feed into global performance strategies which cascade into markets. Enthusiastic digital media experts required, for this innovative and fast-paced international paid digital media role.
Role & Responsibilities:
The role requires coordination, post-campaign analysis of local and EMEA wide campaigns, in addition to various ad hoc tasks.
Global reporting coordination between internal teams as well as Global market teams
Ad trafficking for standard ad units and custom publisher ad units.
Efficiently and effectively support the Sr. Digital Planner, Digital Manager and Associate Digital Director in delivering excellent media product.
To deliver OMD’s values in how you represent OMD internally, externally and in the work you do.
Managing activation of media channels such as Paid Social and Paid Search.
Once a brief is received, reviews and if necessary challenges any part of it with team in order to raise with the client during the briefing call.
Once the full brief has been received and signed-off, support the team in developing plans by putting forward thoughts on how best to activate media across Digital channels
Creates and maintains flowcharts and planning detail documents working with the Performance team to ensure flawless execution.
Produces detailed and coherent briefs for media owners and develops media plans. This includes negotiating competitive rates, challenging for new or innovative solutions for the campaign, added value etc.
Work closely with OMD teams across all markets to deliver reports for ad-hoc requests
Contribute to all work prepared for business reviews as required
Assist the team in setting up all necessary digital campaign tracking
Assist weekly digital delivery reports during campaigns
At the end of the campaign collate all necessary data/information from relevant media owners in order to produce a Post Campaign Analysis.
Key Skills Required:
Ideally, 1 year of agency experience, although, graduates/ apprentices will also be considered.
Candidate should have experience or an interest in Digital media and/ or advertising
Project & Time management:
Strong organisational skills required.
Effective time management to deliver deadlines.
Prioritise between tasks and set & manage expectations.
Manage 3rd party partners (local markets, other agencies, media owners, tech suppliers) to deliver to deadlines.
Maintain & coordinate accurate and timely status reports.
Problem-solving skills, ability to adapt to fast-changing environment.
Interpersonal / Administrative skills:
Build effective relationships with 3rd party (local markets, other agencies, media owners)
High level of literacy and accuracy with English language
Communicate clearly, accurately and professionally
