Ready to start your career in a within a small team for a national stationary distributor in Cannock? If so, Thomas Pembroke Ltd are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join their highly successful and rewarding team, whilst you complete a Digital Marketing apprenticeship gaining a worldwide recognised qualification.
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Total hours per week: 37.50

Advanced Level Apprenticeship
Promoting the company business through the various social media sites
Improving the business exposure and visibility
Assisting with marketing to promote the company
Assist in digital marketing campaigns and work with management on new ideas using digital marketing to drive the business forward
Supporting with e-marketing campaigns and e-shots
Update and improve the company website
Arranging the layouts of the e-shots and mailing campaigns supporting on the creation of cross-platform mobile marketing campaigns.
Assisting with Search Engine Optimisation and providing ranking information
Design letterheads for clients
Knowledge of Microsoft packages
General Administrative duties, answering the phone, email queries

A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
Full time permanent role available and opportunity to progress onto a higher apprenticeship.
Things to consider
The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.70 per hour as of 1st of April 2018. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.90 an hour for 18-20 year olds; £7.38 for anyone aged 21 to 24 and £7.83 for those over 25.

Combined with knowledge and skills gained in the workplace, the Digital Marketer apprenticeship programme will provide an understanding into the fundamentals of marketing, digital business principles and the principles of coding. Training will be provided via outstanding classroom training, dedicated workplace mentorship and on the job experience.
The apprenticeship will include:
BCS level 3 Digital Marketer diploma standard
Functional Skills (maths, English and ICT) as required
Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
Google Analytics Individual Qualification
You will also be able to join the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) as an affiliate member and join the British Computing Society (BCS) as an associate member
Training and Assessment:
Throughout the apprenticeship, you will be required to attend your local academy for training sessions
You will attend a four-day synoptic assessment at the end of your course
Your dedicated mentor will visit you in the workplace approximately every 6-8 weeks
Online support for modules will be provided for you to complete outside of work
The remainder of your training will be completed in the workplace.
