Advanced Level Apprenticeship
Duties will involve:
Facilitating and managing social media accounts
Researching and developing creative content drafts to assist the creative team
Resourcing project requirements and gathering quotes
Assisting the creative team on photo and film shoots as well as events
Liaising with model agencies and managing castings
Researching locations for shoots and gathering quotes
Assisting the Director with general admin/ PA tasks (organising transport, diary management, research tasks)
Responding to e-mails, taking calls and massages
Keeping project management tools and project records up to date
Liaising via e-mail to Operations Manager on all accounting,client/ account management and contracting
Requirements and prospects
Highly organised and able to think on the spot
Excellent problem-solving skills
Confident with researching and data gathering
Excellent administration and communication skills (writing e-mails, social media, talking to clients and suppliers)
Strong interpersonal and team working skills
Good technology skills and use of web-based applications
Good data analysis skills
Interest and skills in social media, graphic design, film and photography an advance
High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
Good understanding of the marketing mix with reference to digital marketing
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above including maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
Progression to Digital Marketing Level 4 course or permanent passion for the right candidate.
Things to consider
Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.70 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18-year-old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.

We work across the creative spectrum with speciality in film production, photography, animation and design. We have a mix of clients in both the B2B and the B2C sector. Combined with knowledge and skills gained in the workplace, the Digital Marketer Apprenticeship programme will provide an understanding into the fundamentals of marketing, digital business principles and the principles of coding
Training will be provided via outstanding classroom training, dedicated workplace mentorship and on-the job experience
The apprenticeship will include:
BCS L3 Digital Marketer Diploma
Google Analytics Individual Qualification
You will also be able to join the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) as an affiliate member and join the British Computing Society (BCS) as an associate member
Training and assessment:
Throughout the apprenticeship, you will be required to attend your local academy for training sessions
You will attend a four-day synoptic assessment at the end of your course
Your dedicated mentor will visit you in the workplace approximately every 6-8 weeks
Online support for modules will be provided for you to complete outside of work
The remainder of your training will be completed in the workplace
