The planning team focuses on understanding customer behaviour to stimulate creative ideas which are then implemented to strategy, to develop award-winning campaign ideas. Within the agency, planning is a relatively new area, however it has become the fuel which begins any client journey with us.

You will be providing assistance for activities such as day to day market research, gathering audience insight using primary research techniques, research in our biometric lab, competitor analysis and developing personas.

The focus of the role is within our planning team which is part of the Insights department within twentysix digital.

This encompasses the following:

  • Customer audience insights
  • Market and technology trends
  • Competitor analysis
  • Biometrics
  • Research tools and products

Key responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the planning team on a set of designated accounts:
  • Compiling insight within PowerPoint presentations
  • Demonstrate the ability to condense findings which are valid to the task that was set
  • Liaising with different teams within twentysix digital (in particular Client Services, New Business and Creative)
  • Supply Client Services with insights to support strategy
  • Support New Business with insights to support the pitch process Team
  • Be a team player across all areas of the agency
  • Efficiency and profitable delivery of work
  • Ensuring resourcing is accurate in paprika (time sheet system)
  • Checking time allocated in paprika and activity chasing required work
  • Ensuring you are aware before the resourcing starts what you are working on and what the brief is
  • Ensuring you have everything you need to start work when booked

Quality

  • Push for perfection, understand the acceptable – deliver great quality without compromising profitability
  • Quality checking own work and team if requested
  • Ensuring all work starts with a written brief, discussed, questions ask and all information is clear and received so work can be delivered accurately.
  • Ensure all output is fully supports by a rationale
  • Responsible for executional accuracy of work and delivering work on time

  • Presents clearly and persuasively with enthusiasm and rationalisation to internal teams
