Areas you could find yourself working in: Learning and Development, Talent Management, Diversity and Equality, Organisational Development, Change Management, Policy, Recruitment or Employee Relations.

What to expect

Typically, 2 x 6-month rotations and 1 x one-year placement across the areas mentioned above

What are we looking for

A passion for working with people and an understanding of how getting this right relates to business success
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports
Curiosity and passion for technology, how things work and the future of digital
Strong academic performance
Recently graduated (bachelor’s or master’s) within one year
Proficient in English

Duration of Programme: 2 years

Location: All roles are based in the UK for the entire duration of the programme. The majority of rotations will be based in our Newbury campus with other across London. You must have the right to work in the UK.

Requirement: 2.1 (or equivalent) degree (achieved or predicted). Preference for human resources related degrees disciplines or modules
