You will be working for…
A business going from strength to strength, with our client base having nearly doubled in the last two years to over 600 clients. We are constantly investing in new technologies and resources to ensure the IT services we offer become more efficient and responsive.
Our customers are in a diverse range of industries including finance, construction, legal, charities, manufacturing, media, NHS, education and other IT specialists. For every customer we develop and deliver a customised support plan to satisfy their unique requirements, expectations and budget.
We have a track record of taking on IT apprentices and have a structured plan for level 3 & level 4 qualifications with real on the job learning and rich IT projects for our apprentices to be are involved with.
To work alongside our existing first line helpdesk support technician providing support to our business clients.
Our support services are friendly, helpful and positive in providing solutions to our clients’ problems and rectifying issues which they encounter.
You will be assisted by second and third line support staff and will also help them with new system installations both in our tech centre and at clients’ sites.
Most of the support you will provide will by via telephone or remote / internet based.
The products we support are mostly Microsoft however we also provide cover for Sage, Adobe, Apple and Blackberry.

- Recording and closing issues though our ticketing system
- Supporting customers on their technical queries
- Very good communication skills
- Logical approach
- Must enjoy problem solving
Once you have completed the apprenticeship you have an opportunity to work full time if you are working towards targets set by your employer or further studies on a level 4 qualification.
Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
