Role description:
Duties include:
Writing articles and press releases
Interacting with fan communities on social media and responding professionally to enquiries
Creating social media campaigns in conjunction with our clients, as well as our design and development team
Answering and assisting inbound enquiries by phone, email and websites
Maintaining logs and systems with accurate and up-to-date information
Key requirements:
Good written and verbal communication skills are essential
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Creative thinking

Able to work to deadline
Initiative and hard working

Able to work in a busy office

Extensive football knowledge is desirable
