This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for an apprenticeship to kick-start their IT career. The role is with a small consultancy firm and will be office based where you will be involved in 1st and 2nd line telephone and remote support to a large and varied client base. This will include hardware build for client’s equipment, taking calls, logging IT faults and dealing with network related issues.
Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30
You will be a person with a passion for IT, have strong communication skills and enjoy dealing with and solving IT issues.
