The company require a proactive IT Technician with an aptitude for communication and interest in Microsoft infrastructure technologies such as Windows.
This role will initially be involved in supporting clients and members of staff on the helpdesk.
This is a critical role in delivering value and quality based outcomes to customer IT issues. Essential in underpinning ongoing quality of service to customers.
The role will be working with the helpdesk in supporting incoming calls and email first-line helpdesk calls and where possible effecting a quick, quality and value based solution leading to the most efficient solution and close of support ticket.
You will be dealing with customers through qualification skills and empathy to deliver customer satisfaction 100%.
Main roles and responsibilities include:
• Answering the Telephone,
• Providing email and face to face support and fault resolution for existing business customers of the company.
• Initial call handling, understanding the customer issue and business need, prioritising of responses according to SLA’s.
• Assisting with work planning, co-ordination of engineers diaries from a booking perspective.
• Raising and actioning and closing of support tickets within prescribed work schedules

Qualifications & Skills Required
The Company require a bright, enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a genuine desire to learn and to build a career within the IT industry. Have a friendly personality, able to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service. The company are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude from someone who isn’t afraid to ask questions.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least a C grade in both GCSE Maths & English, and in three or four other subjects at least.

You will be enrolled onto the award-winning Microsoft Partner Apprenticeship Programme. You will work towards gaining the Microsoft certifications MTA Cloud Fundamentals, MTA Network Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation and CompTIA A+. This apprenticeship is delivered remotely via a live virtual classroom using the very latest Microsoft technologies. These qualifications are globally recognized industry certifications and form the significant building block of IT knowledge for anybody looking to start a career in IT.
Future Careers and prospects
Full on-the-job training with a view to achieving experience and Microsoft certifications in cloud and on premise business-IT solutions. Depending on vocational tendency the successful applicant will understand best-practice server, networking and desktop infrastructures from a business perspective.

Working Hours Monday – Friday – 8.00am – 5.00pm
Wage £175.00 Per week – £9,100 Per Annum
