The Vetting Solutions Centre specialises in European Cross Border Multilingual CV verifications. So we interview previous employers to try gain an insight into clients applicants abilities. We screen staff applying to work in Airports and other legislated sectors. We work closely with inspectorates such as Disclosure & Barring Service to complete criminal Record checks on behalf of applicants.

We work with many of the UK’s top recruiters such as the BBC & the Red Bull Racing Team for example. As we are the final stage of our clients recruitment process, Customer Service, efficiency and communication are extremely important skill sets for members of our team and why clients choose to stay with us.We would expect to train new team members so that at the end of their apprenticeship, they will be considered excellent Customer Service providers and ready to join our team on full time contracts.

Detailed Job Description
The Apprentice will work within a team and under the management of a screening team leader. They will correspond daily with applicants being recruited by clients HR teams to ensure all relevant details of their CV’s have been verified.

We have trained up previous apprentices to join our screening team full time and with a view to promotion to Screening Team & Account Managers. Account managers are primary point of contacts between Client HR managers and Vetting Solutions Centre and are responsible for their screening & Chase team.

The successful applicant will complete their level 2 customer service apprenticeship, whilst gaining valuable on the job experience.
