Apply the latest food hygiene and operating standards in the kitchen so that a consistently safe customer experience is provided every day
Take steps to minimise wastage within meal production and preparation thereby enabling the kitchen to exceed its margin targets
Share day-to-day kitchen skills and processes with the team so as to equip colleagues to support in the kitchen and answer menu queries for customers
Undertake all appropriate learning modules so as to remain up to date in the technical culinary knowledge and the evolution of operating standards
