POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
To assist the Training Manager with the following:
The Herbalife Learning Centre (online learning) and mandatory training programmes
The introduction of learning technologies/alternative learning channels e.g. social media, to support the wider EMEA HR & Training & Development Strategy;
To become part of the central resource/point of contact for HR, Training & Development in the EMEA region, providing proactive support and solutions to a network of HR colleagues and employees within the organisation;
Administration relating to training courses i.e. room bookings, flight arrangements, couriers and other logistics, attendance sheets and feedback sheets;
Assist with the delivery, coordination and administration of key Herbalife Training Programmes;
Responsibility for maintaining and updating Training Folders;
Support with updating and developing training materials including inventory as required;
Support to other Herbalife initiatives and projects within EMEA as required.
Working cross-functionally and cross-culturally within a complex fast-paced matrix organisation;
Interacting with employees at all levels across EMEA, from staff to VPs;
Interacting with Herbalife Members/Distributors as and when required;
Maintaining and developing relationships with external service providers.
The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Experience of management and information systems;
Advanced technical ability;
Advanced MS Office skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Excellent administration, organisation and time management skills;
Proven ability to work in a busy demanding environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines;
A team player but able to work on own initiative;
Flexible and adaptable with a “can do” attitude, with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving;
Approachable and professional;
Creative and self-motivated;
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with employees at all levels;
Knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage but not essential;
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service, internal and external;
