Description of the job
Our UK Graduate Programmes provide exceptional graduates the opportunity to master managerial and technical skills. Over
the 2/3 year period it combines rotational placements with focused training and the possibility of European assignments as well
as further personal development and the chance to build your professional network.
From day one, you will be assigned to a particular department and will be guided through the various placement opportunities
that exist within your function, the wider business and even with customers and suppliers. This, along with training provided

The Information Management (IM) organisation is responsible for providing support for IT applications and computing equipment
used within the Airbus
business to design, manufacture, sell and support the Airbus aircraft products and services, as well as developing specialist
applications for design and manufacturing processes.
Working in this area requires a number of key skills as we are required to be able to bridge the gap between the Information
organisation and the various end-user populations of Airbus (Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing etc.).
This role will be based in Bristol (must be flexible) and will receive the full Airbus UK Graduate programme benefit package
including an annual Salary of £27,000.00 – plus a welcome payment of £2,000.00
The successful applicant can expect to work as part of a team of highly skilled IT professionals within a transnational
environment, either developing solutions which will enable the efficient operation of the Airbus commercial aircraft design teams,
or managing a large and complex ICT Service Desk and IT Service Management (ITSM) operation.
In the role you could experience use of 3-D technologies in aircraft development; data storage manipulation; application
development; engineering desktop tools, supplier management, ITSM tooling and data analysis techniques.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Educated to degree level (2:1 or above) or equivalent within one the following disciplines;
– Information Technology
– Engineering with computer science modules
– Software development and theory
– Computer systems and Networking
– Software enterprise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
