If you like IT and are interested in technology, our Infrastructure Technician apprenticeship will equip you with the knowledge and skills to support business productivity through IT. You will learn how to troubleshoot and problem solve, to keep our business running and you will work with a variety of stakeholders throughout the business.
You’ll also develop essential skills such as organisation, customer service, stakeholder management and the ability to work well under pressure.
We offer this qualification across a range of departments whichever department you work in, you’ll gain exposure to different industries such as engineering, news and finance.

Implementation Specialists (IS)
Bloomberg’s Implementation Specialists are responsible for deploying and supporting Bloomberg’s variety of hardware, software and networking products and services.
Information Systems (InfoSys)
Bloomberg Information Systems provides technical support for all in-house IT systems and for all of our employees.
Connectivity & Integration (CIS)
CIS enables firms to simultaneously run dozens of critical systems to keep their business running efficiently.
The Communications Operations team is responsible for managing all Telecoms vendor circuit installations within Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
This team works on a multitude of tasks that includes servicing our customers over the phone or on-site.
