Our apprenticeship programme runs for 15 months, when you’ll gain all the skills you need to excel in IT. You’ll work towards an IT Infrastructure Technician – Level 3 qualification and we’ll be by your side every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing:
Desktop hardware deployment and support
Mobile device hardware deployment and support
Microsoft Windows Active Directory Administration
Microsoft Office 365 Administration
Cisco Unified Communication Manager Administration
Provide administrative support to Softcat’s IT Team
