Role description:

The Apprentice will be supported to:

Carry out a range of tasks to support the technical work stream project managers, including data entry, data analysis, research and administrative duties as necessary
To fully participate in team meetings and project work
Having an interest in processes, data and IT would really assist the successful applicant
Use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and other software packages
To act in accordance with the Organisation’s Constitution and other Codes of Conduct
To participate in staff development, appraisal and training as appropriate, including continuous professional development.
Assist with customer/stakeholder management activities e.g. requirements gathering
Identify opportunities to further improve data integrity and the way the business utilises the database.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders across the office and support in the delivery of ad hoc projects and data requests
Maintaining data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act
Capturing new data using all available online and offline resources
General data manipulation and analysis – accessing data, cleaning it, moving it around, performing operations on it
Building data tools
Working on Microsoft Excel and the Confirmit survey platform
Scripting surveys into Confirmit
Providing and reporting data
Working in the data team and providing support
Liaising with suppliers
Key requirements
Strong desire to learn about technical systems and process management
Knowledge of Information Technology is important although training will be provided
Reliable with a professional approach to work
Highly motivated to produce high-quality work
A methodical and analytical approach
Energetic, motivated and professional approach
Solution-focused with the ability to work on own initiative.
High level of attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written skills

GCSE grade C in Maths, English and IT
