The primary role of the product manager assistant is to support the Product manager in managing the E-commerce redemption solutions SmartRedeemStore and SmartRedeemTravel as well as ensuring quality of project deliveries.

Within the Loyalty Commerce division, there are a number of e-commerce and affiliate marketing solutions. Your role will be focused on supporting the two Redemption solutions on market:
SmartRedeemStore, Personalised reward platform that allows members of a loyalty program to redeem their points against a tailored inventory of the latest rewards.
SmartRedeemTravel, An integrated real-time travel booking solution that gives members of a loyalty program access to a global inventory of travel rewards.
Within this role, you will be required to:
Work across different projects spat between the two Redemptions products
Provide insights on product capabilities and support Pre-sales to respond to RFPs/RFIs
You will be involved in the creation of a playbook for both products and support the definition and application of internal processes aligned with all stakeholders
Ensure products are aligned with the latest regulations and support relevant team along this compliance process
Maintain and keep Roadmap updated via our internal tool including Client’s propositions and pre-sales feedbacks
Update internal presentations to capture latest progresses on Core product development
Work with Operations to assess and review CR requests coming from clients
Work closely with Partners and External suppliers to keep track on project progresses
Prepare Redemption Quarterly reviews with Product manager
Produce monthly reports for SmartRedeem Travel
Collect feedbacks from account managers and report impact on products
Work with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, whilst projects stay within scope, timeline and quality
Support core product development features by working closely with different entities across the group and Tech teams (Chatbot implementation)
Work with our Technical author on the product definition documents
Work with the Marketing team on delivering promotional content to be used by our Business development team (product video presentations)
Conduct benchmarks on competitors and conduct analysis on new e-commerce/Loyalty trends
This is an entry-level position for someone looking to build a career in Product Management and e-commerce with strong interest in learning more about the Loyalty industry.
Good level of education – with a Bachelor degree, master degree or equivalent professional qualification.

Experience/knowledge in more than one of the following appreciated:
AHA Roadmap management tool
Global e-commerce environment
Excellent attention to detail
Previous experience as a Business Analyst would be highly regarded
Good at coordinating different teams across the business and managing external suppliers
Good organisational skills, with a practical and systematic approach to project work, effective in time management and the ability to prioritise and multi-task is a must
Ability to think laterally and work in a proactive manner
Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, absolutely required
Natural ability to work as part of a team
Experience (when applicable):
Able to understand how to manage delivery expectations and priorities of multiple stakeholders
Experience of working in an environment where attention to detail is critical
Experience of working in e-commerce (desirable)
Experience of communicating with key partners (desirable)
