Job Description TEXT:

In this role, you will provide 1st and possibly 2nd line technical support to external clients as well as providing PC and VoIP phone system and other basic installations at client premises.

*** A driver’s license is essential for this role ***

The role is packed with variety and will provide the successful candidate with a fantastic foundation of experience across a number of popular technologies. As part of an experienced team the scope to learn on a practical basis surrounded by knowledgeable experts is tremendous. Your responsibilities will include:
• Helping to support issue resolution and installations both via remote access and onsite visits to client’s sites as required
• Supporting the configuration of new VoIP phone systems, PC’s, Servers and Exchange mailboxes and backup software
• Assisting in the completion of internal and client projects as required
• Following standard procedures for regular activities
• Working with and escalating where necessary technical issues and changes to senior infrastructure engineers
• Attending and actively engage in regular team meetings
• Assisting with projects, upgrades and new system implementations
