Remove and replace structural panels
Rectification of chassis misalignment
You will be guided over two years for an Apprenticeship or three years for an Advanced Apprenticeship, by your own occupationally trained and qualified Vocational Coach.
How many positions will be available? 1
Weekly wage? This must be a minimum of £95 / wk (full time) – £109.20
Working week? (e.g. Monday to Friday 9am to 5 pm) 40 Hours Monday to Friday, (Possible Saturdays)
Future prospects? (Completed to show what the vacancy could lead to) On completion of the two year Apprenticeship Programme you will receive the following qualifications:-
VCQ Level 2 in Vehicle Paint Or Body Repair Operations
Technical Certificate Level 2
Key Skills Level 1 in Communication, Application of Number and IT
On completion of the Advanced Apprenticeship you will receive the following qualifications:-
VCQ Level 3 in Vehicle Paint Or Body Repair Operations
Technical Certificate Level 3
Key Skills Level 2 in Communication and Application of Number
Skills required: (List the technical and soft skills sought) Ideally some commercial work experience in a garage.
Personal qualities: (Identify the key personal qualities required for the role) You must have a genuine interest working in the automotive sector and be committed to the three year apprenticeship programme. You must be willing to learn in a hands on environment
Qualifications required: (These need to be specific and should include grades) A minimum of three GCSE’s grades A-C in English, Maths and Science or the equivalent.

Shift work The National Minimum Wage (NMW) for Apprentices is £2.73 per hour. From October 1st 2015 it increases to £3.30 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the Apprentice National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
The Wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent training.
