And we’re looking for Retail apprentices to come and join us.
Based within one of our Retail stores, our apprentices receive mentoring and training in Retail to achieve their Level 2 apprenticeship (Retailer Apprenticeship Standard)– all within 12 months.
Through the Retail apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to gain the knowledge, skills and qualifications to become fully competent in the role of Retail Adviser upon completion of the scheme.

About the role
Our Retail Advisers have one thing in common – they genuinely want to help customers get the most out of their technology. Some customers know exactly what they want. Others don’t know where to start. You’ll connect with them by asking the right questions. Listening and then explaining things in just the right way, above everything – you’ll just be your brilliant self.
You’ll be building a rapport with customers and talking about the product or service in relation to how it benefits them and not just its features.
We’ll teach you key sales techniques to understand and sell to customers’ needs and how to sell ethically & responsibly.
What we will be looking for in you

If you have sales and retail experience – great – but don’t worry if you don’t – what’s most important is your attitude and drive to deliver personal & store targets through a brilliant customer service – we can train you in everything else.
We’re looking for people who are excited about providing great customer service and want to pursue a career in Retail.
It’s important that you are a great listener and communicator – as that’s what excellent service is all about.
So our apprentices need to be enthusiastic and motivated in everything they do. You’ll be a team player and have a real passion for making a difference, both in your development and within the business.
This role also requires someone who has a flexible attitude to working hours, as being a Retail Adviser requires you to work in the store at different times.

You need to be 18 years or over on 1st Sept 2018 and match the following requirements:
· A minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English at grade G or above, or an equivalent level qualification
· Have lived in the EU for 3 years or more and have the right to work
