• Providing support via telephone, email and face to face
• Fault resolution
• Taking full details and prioritising calls
• Coordination of engineers diaries
• Raising auctioning and closing of support tickets

The Person:

• Customer friendly
• Min basic understanding of IT principles
• Good communication skills both verbally and written
• Ambitious and career minded
• Good attention to detail
