Apprenticeship summary

Duties include:

  • Providing day to day administrative support for the Procurement team (typing, scanning, filing and dispatch of purchase orders etc.)
  • Assisting the Procurement team with day-to-day, queries and problems associated with the ordering/logistics processes and liaising with other Procurement team members to ensure that all matters are dealt with professionally and efficiently
  • Provide general assistance to the Procurement Manager in the production of weekly and monthly reports
  • Liaising with Central Procurement to ensure Core Product lists are up to date and issued to operational teams
  • Providing general administrative support for the Interserve Defence (International) Team as and when required

  • IT literate with experience of using of both Excel and Word would be preferred
