What will you be getting up to?

In this role you’ll be working alongside our experts within the advisory part of our new and exciting Smart Infrastructure start-up, supporting the delivery of projects and proposals. You will also be involved in the creation of presentations to key stakeholders, attending meetings and supporting workshops, contributing to the development of new digital ideas across our Smart Infrastructure offer.

You’ll work across our advisory service streams that seeks to tackle digital transformation across the client’s enterprise and put information at the centre of their organisation. You will often help implement standards, methodologies and procedures for the collection, production, coordination, sharing and maintenance of data and information.

You will also work on projects for infrastructure owners to help support development of digital strategies and embrace new ways of working, accelerating their progress towards a more digital future to their assets by applying working knowledge of best practice.

Within Smart Infrastructure we will offer you the chance to progress with both the application of your digital and technical skills.  For example, this may mean that the route to ICE Chartership (if that is your desired outcome) would take a slightly different route to a typical Graduate.  However, the role would be part of our Graduate programme and we would support you in looking for opportunities around the wider business for you to complete your training, if this was necessary.

Candidate Specification

We are looking for flexible and motivated graduates with a genuine passion across digital, technology and data and a desire to make a difference in the world. Given the nature of our projects, we are interested in graduates with knowledge in Digital Technology, the Construction industry, Asset Management or the wider role in which infrastructure plays to support society. This new business has been challenged to start small, think big and scale fast, which will require a high degree of agility from the whole team.  You’ll bring business acumen and be comfortable working with disruptive technologies which at times challenge current practice. To apply for this scheme, you will have less than 12 months experience and have achieved a 2:1 or above in one of the following degree disciplines:

  • Engineering, architecture
  • Construction management
  • Mathematics
