This exciting opportunity provides valuable specialised experience in a manufacturing environment. We are looking for candidates with integrity, drive and the ability to have a positive impact.

A normal day would include:
Wrapping and packing of readymade frames for despatch
Using hand wrapping techniques, box machines and strapping machines
Quality checking of the frames prior to packing
Glazing frames
Measuring with great accuracy for cutting wood frames
Using a computerised system for cutting board mounts
Accurately selecting the correct type of wood and size for frame manufacture
Using CAD systems
Loading and receipt of deliveries

In The Frame is a well-established family business that has been framing for over 23 years and has framed hundreds of thousands of items, from artwork, posters and prints to football shirts, dart boards and televisions.

What you should have to apply

The applicant must have GCSES grades C/4 or above in maths and English.
It would be an advantage to have work experience in a technical or practical job.
