Option Finance is undergoing an exciting period of growth and require ambitious staff to aid them on this journey. They have an immediate requirement for 2 Mortgage Administration Apprentices to join their rapidly expanding team. The company principal is keen to offer long term career opportunities with full training in a buoyant sector.
Monday – Friday,hours per week between 9.00am – 5.00pm with half an hour for lunch
Total hours per week: 37.50

Advanced Level Apprenticeship
My client is a rapidly expanding specialist Mortgage Brokerage currently based out of 2 office locations in Belper and Derby. They are part of a wider network of brokers and have ambitious growth plans. The company principal is passionate about developing staff and offering them long term career opportunities within the FS sector.
Reporting into your mentor, one of the company directors, your role will include:
Answering incoming calls and enquiries
Document checking and verification
Liaising with 3rd party lenders and solicitors
Keeping all parties up to date
Answering and dealing with e-mail enquiries
Accurately recording progress and filing relevant documentation
Follow data protection/ GDPR regulations when handling sensitive data
Requirements and prospects
Confident telephone manner
Excellent communication skills and highly presentable
Microsoft Office literate
Any previous admin/ customer service experience (can be pt or work experience), highly advantageous
Organised with attention to detail
Keen to develop a career in the Financial Services sector
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above including maths and English (or equivalents)
A full pay review after 6 months in the role.
A real possibility of a permanent job and further training with 3aaa.
Things to consider
Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.70 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18-year-old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
