Duties:

(Anything that you do not understand below – will be trained and explained during apprenticeship)

– Gathering information from Pension Providers
– Excel work
– Gathering information on Pension policies
– Responsible for new business submission
– Data entry
– Submitting information to network for cases to be checked
– Providing support for clients between the first meeting with an advisor and their follow up meeting
– General admin, including refilling printer, scanning, etc
– Checking status of cases on ‘Intelligent Office’ (computer database system)
– Sending application forms to relevant providers
– Scanning and uploading policy documents
– Updating plans on Intelligent Office when they go into force
– Sending and chasing letters of authority
– Sending transfer of servicing rights letters
– Formatting and sending relevant Suitability Report to clients and recording on Intelligent Office
– Preparing meeting rooms each morning and afternoon
