We are looking for a Practice manager to join our fun and friendly team on a full time, permanent basis. Managerial experience, or experience in customer service is preferred but not essential as training will be provided by an external training program.
Assisting with the staff rota and ensuring practice is fully staffed.
Management of reception, ensuring a warm friendly first impression at the practice.
Management of support staff, delegating tasks in order to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
Carrying audit audits and reports that are required to be done throughout the year.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
Dealing with patient enquiries and coordinating treatments
Dealing with banking, wages and accounts
The ideal person for this role will have the following skills and attributes:

Very good knowledge of IT and good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office software
Experience with Kodak R4(Carestream) is desirable but not essential.
A keen interest within the Dental Industry and strong customer service skills
Have a 'can do approach'
Must be a team player
Must have an outgoing personality as you will be interacting with patients
Willing to learn and take on new challenges
A quick learner who is willing to take things on board
Excellent Organisational Skills
