This is a brilliant opportunity to join a large organisation as a business administration apprentice. The Growth Company are offering great progression opportunities for the right person.
A normal day would include:
Contacting customers that are currently on the programme
Provide excellent levels of customer service over the telephone and face to face
Collection of evidence and verification of evidence for key outcomes
To maintain paperwork and electronic records
Supporting customers over the telephone and face to face with any questions they may have or addressing and helping to resolve any issues customers may face and booking them back in to see their adviser if required
To contact employers and training providers to establish information about customer progression
To ensure all systems are up to date
Communicate with employers via telephone, face to face, fax or email to validate customer’s outcomes, ensuring a high level of attention to detail and ensuring internal processes are followed and adhered to at all times
Work to daily, weekly and monthly targets and deadlines

What you should have to apply
5 GCSE’s including maths and English grades A-C
A warm, approachable style to delivery is required in order to build relationships and rapport

Willingness to travel and working outside of office hours
Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
