Description of the job
Start Date: 2nd July 2019
Duration: 12.5 months
The Early Career Team is responsible for the attraction and recruitment of Apprentices, Interns and Graduates.
The successful candidate will play an active role in this team, getting involved in aspects of candidate attraction and recruitment.
This placement will give the successful candidate a real insight into the end to end recruitment process, on campus activities and program management.
Tasks & accountabilities
Working with the Recruitment Team in tasks including:
Candidate co-ordination & feedback
Liaising with the business
Drafting of job advertisements
Supporting the HR digital transformation with a focus on utilising Workday
Arranging and implement assessment centres
Management of processes such as;
Offers & Feedback
Reviewing of applications
Induction & On-boarding
Supporting the Employment Marketing team with on campus activities
Organising and managing web-chats with intern populations
Maintaining and encouraging candidate engagement via regular correspondence
Responsible for team meeting logistical planning
Providing generalist support to the Intern, Graduate and Apprentice Recruiters.

Please note our internships are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. You will need to be working towards a degree in one of the following disciplines: Business, Marketing, HR with business modules.
