Job Description

This role is a great opportunity for the right candidate to learn, grow and progress in a dynamic and exciting environment. Working within a close-knit team, you will develop essential business admin and practical experience within the recruitment industry.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Updating the CRM Database and job boards with new roles registered
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Headhunting candidates for Consultants that match Job roles received through LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
  • Interviewing candidates over the phone if Consultants are too busy
  • Preparing shortlist of candidates to be put forward for interview
  • Answering Telephones
  • Dealing with incoming emails such as job applications and enquiries
  • Inputting registration forms onto the System and updating of Candidate Database
  • Assistance with organising events
  • Resourcing candidates for live job roles
  • Taking references and gathering compliance
  • Interviewing candidates and taking them through the registration process
  • Collecting timesheets and assisting with the timesheet process on a weekly basis
  • Updating records on our IT database
  • Taking telephone calls and messages

Desired Requirements

  • Driven to achieve targets
  • Articulate and confident dealing with people
  • Good organisation skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong Academic Record
  • Excellent examples of independent thinking, initiative and drive
  • Previous work experience in an Office, HR or Customer Service environment is highly desirable
  • You understand the importance of Social Media, industry event organisation and building long-standing relationships
  • Beneficial if you speak another language (ideally German)

Desired Qualifications

3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject, plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above

Working week

Hours – Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
