We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, apprentice to join our Service Delivery team providing day to day provide operational support of deployed systems. All previous apprentices have joined the Service Delivery team as permanent employees following the completion of their apprenticeship.
Individual’s core activities and responsibilities:
Review each case that is opened with the Foehn Service Desk
Agree case priority with the customer & categorise case
Communicate appropriate SLA to the customer
Troubleshoot cases & work towards a resolution
Experience/qualifications essential for this role:

Willingness to learn new IT concepts
