An exciting position has arisen for an Administration Assistant in our Supplier Management Team in our Head Office in Chesterfield. The role provides administrative support to our large Sales Team, ensuring the effective and smooth running of our day to day supply chain. This practical role will also give the apprentice the opportunity to work towards achieving a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification.

To develop and maintain effective relationships with Suppliers and Account Managers within the Company. Managing and improving the quality and delivery performance from our Suppliers which reflects in the service we give to our Customers. To monitor, evaluate and improve Supplier performance daily. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Maintain supplier relations.
• Sending manual purchase orders.
• Chase purchase orders, obtaining and updating dates.
• Resolve price and amend price queries.
• Resolve delivery issues.
• Invoice Purchase Orders.
• Obtain proof of deliveries.

Working Week: 35 hours p/w, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Weekly Wage: £129.50
