Dealing with the designer for updates to brochures and amending team capability statements
Maintaining stock levels of brochures in reception and in marketing
Website and E-Communications
Updating the website as and when required including co-ordinating new joiners and leavers
Keep biographies on the website up to date
Develop a content plan for the site, working with colleagues to continuously develop new and fresh content
Using Google analytics to measure engagement
Liaising with external suppliers such as an SEO agency
Working with colleagues and external agency to develop social media content plans
Coordinate the firm newsletter.
Work with the marketing team to develop internal marketing material to reinforce key messages and provide business development support for cross-selling initiatives
Events, Seminars and Corporate Hospitality
Support the events team in the delivery of the firm events (social events, corporate hospitality, seminars, roundtables, webinars) which includes:
Assisting in the preparation and printing of delegate packs
Preparing name badges
Providing support with on-site management of events as required
Work with the marketing team to produce briefings on delegates and disseminate information to internal stakeholders in a timely manner ahead of the event
Business Development Support
Provide support in the development of awards submissions (including maintaining referees spreadsheets) and directory entries to ensure the firm is presented favourably
Update the pitch database
Develop and update a property and corporate deal database
Background research as required for pitches, “taxi briefings” on prospects, sectors etc.
Data maintenance – data change management, new contacts, new companies, duplicate checking of people/organisations/addresses and phones
Campaign management including measuring the success of online campaigns
New joiners – co-ordinate photographs (including liaising with the designer) and managing the production and stock level of business cards.
