What do Peacocks Apprenticeships involve?

Peacocks Apprenticeships involve a mixture of work-based learning and off the job training which will enable you to build your knowledge and skills while also gaining real life work experience and a nationally recognised qualification relevant to the retail industry.

As a retail apprentice at Peacocks you’ll be responsible for a range of tasks such as delivering outstanding customer service to customers and always going the extra mile while also generating sales. No two days will ever be the same as a Peacocks apprentice, you’ll constantly be meeting new people and your day to day duties will include operating the tills, replenishing stock and doing administrative tasks and delivering the highest standards of customer service.

During your Apprenticeship with Peacocks you’ll be encouraged to reach your full potential while also learning from your colleagues and learning mentor who will offer you support whenever you need it.

Although previous experience in fashion retail isn’t essential it would be advantageous and GCSE grade 9-4 in Maths and English (or equivalent).
