Who is Aon?

Aon is the number 1 insurance broker, they assist clients in the management and preparation of risks, through pensions, insurance, investment consulting and human capital consulting. You might recognise the name through their association with Manchester United.

Application procedure

First, you’ll complete an online application. This is your chance to make a good impression so don’t send your application form off as a rushed effort, you’ll need to make it count.

Once you’ve passed the first round it’s time for an online interview, this is your chance to tell Aon a little more about you. You’ll also answer a few short interview questions so we can see how you’ll fit in at Aon.

You’ll then be asked to attend an assessment center where you’ll be put the test with a wide range of exercises both individually and as a group. You’ll need to prepare two presentations, you’ll also complete an interview and a fact-find exercise.

Now it’s time for your final interview. This will focus on your knowledge of the business, your attitude and your motivation.
