The BMW Apprenticeship Programme consists of:
Light Vehicle Technician – Your training will include the opportunity to work on the latest cars, engines and BMW diagnostic equipment, ultimately leading to the ability to undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on vehicles to the highest standards once fully qualified.
Customer Service – This Apprenticeship will have a strong focus on the Retail environment and the high customer service expectations of BMW customers.
Bodyshop – This involves Paint Technician including the preparation and application of foundation materials and topcoat, an awareness of different paint systems, paint equipment, special effect paints, quality vehicle checks and Vehicle Damage Assessments. Also Panel Technician is involved in the Bodyshop Apprenticeship which includes the removal, repair and refitting of panels and components, welding techniques, panel beating, dent removal.
Motorcycle – The course is unique to BMW with special emphasis on electronics and cutting edge technology; your training will include the opportunity to work with the latest motorcycles.
BMW Genius Apprenticeship – This is unique to BMW and provides the highest level of customer service training to deliver the ultimate customer experience. The programme is designed to enable you to use your engaging personality to inspire and excite customers regarding the features and benefits of the latest BMW products and technologies.
