Overview: We have a very exciting opportunity for a Data Administrator – Recruiter to join a bubbly vibrant team and support the internal functions with administrative and coordination duties. The role of Data Administrator – Recruiter is to build, maintain and grow gross margin to meet and exceed both individual and divisional targets by placing nurses onto bookings and generating gross margin (GM). The Data Admin – Recruiter generates gross margin through establishing and maintaining locum relationships; matching nurses who have relevant qualifications/experience to vacancies and ensuring quality compliance standards are met and maintained in line with the relevant legislation. Working week: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm. (40 hours per week) Future prospects: 92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
