Location: Witney/Flexible Salary: £28.5k basic salary REF: J12623:OXF:GJ:GE Sector: Tech Our client is one of the largest Software Reseller organisations in Europe and have many awards to their name. With a renowned reputation in their field, they now work with some of the world's leading engineering companies! Our client is a fast growing, successful enterprise and they are now looking for dynamic, STEM educated graduates to join their Graduate Engineer Programme! *Your initial 6 weeks training will be in their offices in Witney- after the initial 6 weeks your working options are flexible.* Package: A competitive basic salary of £28,500! Excellent progression, learning and development potential Team socials in a welcoming, inclusive environment Fantastic training programme and on-going support Lucrative incentives Hybrid working Pension and private healthcare Role: Research and prepare for customer presentations an internal communication of complex engineering solutions Business analysis of customer requirements and exposure to ongoing and new proposals Investigate reported field issues and contribute to root cause analysis Communicate design stakeholders, feature requests, roadmap adjustments and contribute to the improvement of the overall solution Gain exposure to customers at proof-of-concept stage leading to first office application Work with Operations to understand the single point of contact to support processes and systems Requirements: Qualified to a minimum 2:1 degree in the field of Engineering, System Engineering, Physics or Computer Science Full UK driving license Previous CAD and/or computer programming experience would be an advantage Excellent communication skills with a keen willingness to learn Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed Pareto Law values diversity and promotes equality.
